Terms and Conditions

Respect & Learning Environment We strive to provide a calm, focused space where students can succeed in math. To support this: Students and parents must treat the tutor with respect. Parents are welcome to observe sessions quietly, but should not interrupt or correct the student during the lesson. Arguments or emotional conflicts should be handled outside of tutoring time. If a session is disrupted, the tutor may end it early. The full session fee will still apply. Please ensure your child has a quiet, distraction-free space for online learning. Scheduling & Cancellation Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled via text, call, email, or online. Cancel 24+ hours in advance to avoid being charged. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, except in emergencies. If late, the session ends at the scheduled time and will still be billed in full. Package & Membership Policies Package sessions never expire and can be used with any child in the family. Membership sessions (unused within the billing cycle) are automatically credited to your account and can be used later at your convenience. Technology Sessions are held on Zoom. Please ensure your child has a stable internet connection and working video/audio. A drawing tablet is optional but recommended for interactive math work. Materials Please email or text homework, worksheets, or other materials before the session so we can prepare in advance. Progress & Test Prep For ongoing students, we provide progress reports every 2 weeks. While we support test prep, no score guarantees are made. Student effort and consistency matter most. Refunds & Termination Refunds are only given if the tutor does not attend the scheduled session. Either party may end tutoring services with notice. Repeated disruptions may result in services being discontinued.
