Quick Summary – Online Math Tutoring Policy ( Click Link on the Footer to Read Full Policy ) Respect & Environment: Sessions are calm, focused, and respectful. Disruptions may end the session early (still charged). Scheduling: Cancel/reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice = no charge. Less than 24 hours = full charge (except emergencies). Late Arrivals: Tutors wait 15 minutes. Late arrivals don’t extend the session. Refunds: Only if the tutor misses the session. Unused prepaid sessions are refundable if stopping services. Participation: Students are expected to engage actively and behave respectfully. Progress Updates: Sent every 2 sessions. Tutors reply to messages within 24 hours. Tech Needed: Zoom, stable internet, working camera/mic (drawing tablet optional). Materials: Share schoolwork ahead of time if you'd like it reviewed. Test Prep: No guaranteed score increases. Privacy: Info is confidential. Sessions aren't recorded. Tutors: Qualified, background-checked, and trained regularly. Inclusion: We accommodate learning needs when informed. Ending Services: Either party may end services. Disruptive or unproductive sessions may lead to termination. Emergencies: Tutors follow set protocols for tech issues, student distress, and safety concerns. Membership Credit Policy: Skip a session with 24+ hours’ notice and receive a credit Credits never expire and can be used by another child in the family In the last month of the year, use any credits or add extra sessions at the member rate By enrolling in tutoring sessions with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
